Khan joins SharkNinja after spending more than a decade with beauty giant The Estée Lauder Cos. (ELC). There, he was most recently the company's SVP of enterprise marketing and head of AI, tasked with leading the creation and adoption of ELC’s AI strategy, and establishing guardrails and governance standards so ELC employees could use generative AI responsibly.

During his time with the company, he also led global insights and category foresight, leveraging data-driven insights to better understand consumer behavior and anticipate trends.

In 2024, Khan was the keynote speaker at CGT's Consumer Goods Sales & Marketing Tech Summit. During his presentation, he shared how ELC was leveraging AI to drive teams toward growth and innovation, blending "math and magic" to establish a new culture of measurement.

In a post on LinkedIn, Khan said he's admired the system SharkNinja has built, which turns sharp insights into consumer demand through innovative products and "viral social momentum and retail velocity."

"What SharkNinja has built is one of the most impressive innovation flywheels in consumer products. My role is to help amplify that engine and scale it even further," he said, adding that his north star will be building the growth operating system that connects media, analytics and RGM to drive durable commercial outcomes.
