In an industry as fast-paced and hyper competitive as consumer goods, business executives have a strong need to understand factors that are disruptive, transformational and innovative. CGT is the essential source of information for consumer goods executives, helping them connect with relevant content, engage with their peers and find best-in-class business solutions and strategies to make smarter IT and business decisions.

CGT strives to provide a place for the consumer goods business and technology community to connect. Here are some of the many ways for you to engage with us and be a part of that community:

CGT accepts contributed articles for publication online. Contributions can be emailed to Senior Editor Lisa Johnston as Word documents. Suggested length is 500-750 words, and it should neither promote nor denigrate any particular retailer or vendor. You can mention your company or any research in the story but it should not be a marketing pitch and instead should be about a topic of high interest to consumer goods executives.

Deadlines are rolling, and we wait to see the story before taking any steps with it. We do not promise a posting date, as all stories are added to a queue and run based on editorial judgment with importance relative to other stories as the ultimate criteria. You will be emailed a link when the story posts.

Are you a consumer goods company with an interesting story to tell? Or, are you a vendor with a consumer goods client that is leveraging your technology solutions or services?

Case studies are editorial articles that look at a challenge that a consumer goods company has overcome by implementing new technology. We generally look for a solution that has been up and running for a few months so you can provide insight into how it has worked for your company. Case studies require CGT to do a Q&A interview with the CG company, via phone or email. Please reach out to Lisa Johnston with any ideas or background information you'd like to submit for consideration.
