Therabody Scales Operations With ERP Optimization
Global wellness company Therabody has overhauled its enterprise resource workflows, completing an ERP system migration that unifies its global operations and automates order management.
Founded in 2016, Therabody saw early success with its Theragun device. Today it sells a broad portfolio of wellness and recovery products online and in major retailers in more than 60 countries across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
As it scaled its business, Therabody saw an opportunity to optimize existing systems and manual processes that were making it difficult to keep up with increasing demand due to low visibility and slow operations.
As it expanded its product portfolio, distribution channels and geographical reach, Therabody worked with Oracle NetSuite to automate finance and operational processes, simplifying financial management across its global subsidiaries and optimizing compliance and reconciliation processes.

The company also embedded a new order management system that can process thousands of orders a day during peak periods and accelerate fulfillment.
Overall, the implementation has reduced the company's technology costs by 45%, according to NetSuite.
“With rapid growth, we’ve seen firsthand how a complex technology stack becomes difficult to scale,” Yash Murali, chief technology officer, Therabody, said in a statement. “We now have a strong foundation to support our next stage of growth, which means our team can spend more time on strategic initiatives that move the business forward.”
