"...Nature’s Path is gaining an industry powerhouse in Raj so we can continue sharing our promise to leave the earth better than we found it through an integrated marketing approach." - Arjan Stephens, President, Nature’s Path

Organic breakfast and snack food brand Nature’s Path is looking to expand its North America presence, tapping a new chief marketing officer to help lead efforts.

CPG veteran Raj Joshi will be taking on the role, tasked with forging deeper consumer relationships, leading R&D, and driving sustained growth and expanding reach across North America.

Arjan Stephens, president of Nature’s Path, said Joshi will be creating impactful marketing campaigns and exciting innovations to reach consumers looking for high-quality organic foods.

“As a family-run company deeply committed to our triple bottom line approach, Nature’s Path is gaining an industry powerhouse in Raj so we can continue sharing our promise to leave the earth better than we found it through an integrated marketing approach,” said Stephens in a statement.

Joshi joins the company from Blue Diamond Growers, where he served as SVP of the company’s global consumer division and then chief growth officer across eight years. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades at the Kellogg Company, rising in rank from director of innovation to marketing manager, to VP of marketing for snacks and ultimately general manager and VP of the Pringle’s brand and salty snacks category.

“Having admired Nature’s Path and its innovative approach to organic foods for quite some time, I’m incredibly excited to join the team to drive the brand’s impact with consumers,” said Joshi. “With my extensive food experience, I'm eager to propel Nature's Path forward through innovative campaigns and bold product launches, all in service of the brand’s mission to leave the earth better than we found it.”
