Talking Rain Beverage Co. Hires Marlee Perez as VP of Technology
Talking Rain Beverage Co., which manufactures the Sparkling Ice water brand, has named a vice president of technology.
Marlee Perez said she joins the company as part of its efforts to bring together its technology, data, processes and people to create a solid foundation for sustained growth.
According to LinkedIn, Perez will:
- Develop and execute the company’s tech strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the stabilization and optimization of its ERP system.
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the tech team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the annual tech budget, achieving cost savings while prioritizing strategic investments.
“When we use technology with intention, we unlock new opportunities to grow our brands and differentiate in a competitive market,” she added in a statement.

More About Perez
Perez has over 20 years of experience working with companies in aligning IT with business strategy.
She was previously VP of IT at Alamo Group, which manufactures equipment for the industrial, vegetation and agriculture spaces. There, she led enterprise-wide IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the global $1.7 billion organization.
She has also held key tech leadership positions at ITT and Tesoro.
Across her career, she successfully directed eight ERP transitions across 27 business units; implemented cybersecurity measures, achieving over 99.9% phishing protection; and oversaw major projects in e-commerce, business intelligence, CRM and automation, per LinkedIn.
