Fossil Group Taps Lisa Marie Pillette as SVP and CMO

Ex-executive of Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Levi Strauss, Lisa Marie Pillette is taking on the role of senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Fossil Group, Inc.

In her new role, Pillette will oversee the company's global marketing and center of excellence capabilities, including marketing strategy and innovation, CRM, creative and content operations, and go-to-market readiness.

Strauss was previously the chief marketing officer of direct-to-consumer brand Casper. There she led the relaunch of the brand, earning several awards such as 2021 Brand Innovators "Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing" and 2021 CMO Award for "Creativity & Storytelling."
