MAC Cosmetics is looking to expand its global presence through a consumer-first marketing approach and disruptor mindset. To do so, the company has hired Emily Bromfield as its SVP of global marketing

Bromfield will oversee the company’s global marketing strategy across all categories and channels, helping MAC engage consumers in both established and emerging markets through compelling storytelling, product innovation, and immersive experiences. Additionally, she will serve as a global partner to MAC regions and affiliates.

Bromfield is a veteran in the beauty industry, joining MAC from Dr. Barbara Sturm, where she served as its CMO and helped drive growth, which led to the company’s acquisition in January. Prior to that, she oversaw the launch of the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty brand in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and The Middle East, driving the brand’s go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and social media presence. Additionally, she led the skincare category for Lancome, L'Oreal's largest luxury brand, per her LinkedIn

She will report to VP, global general manager Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois.

"Emily's proven track record of building brands and driving breakthrough consumer-led marketing strategies will be invaluable to our team. With her extensive experience and innovative mindset, we are confident that together, we will achieve remarkable milestones for MAC,” said Moudachirou-Rébois.
