Lisa Malleus Joins Colgate-Palmolive As Worldwide Digital Director

Colgate-Palmolive has named Lisa Malleus worldwide director, global digital capabilities and solutions.

Malleus was most recently head of e-commerce digital capabilities at Mondelez International, where she spent more than three years leading e-commerce and digital consumer capabilities, as well as digital transformation solutions, for direct-to-consumer, B2C retail customers, and B2B in North America and Europe for all brands.

As with her previous role, her key focus at Colgate-Palmolive, the No. 39 consumer goods company, is unifying marketplace strategy while bridging the gap between marketing, sales, operations and technology.  

Malleus, who is a member of the CGT/RIS News Executive Council, posted about her new role on LinkedIn, noting her excitement to “join a team of amazing minds, to help empower the digital transformation and commerce strategy for the CP portfolio of brands.”

Prior to Mondelez, Malleus also held e-commerce roles at Philips Lighting, World and Main, Colart, Fitz and Floyd, and WWRD Holdings.
