Badia Spices Names Laura Chamberlain Chief Customer Officer

Badia Spices has hired Laura Chamberlain to lead the company's customer partnerships, according to a post on LinkedIn.

As its chief customer officer, Chamberlain will be tasked with overseeing Badia’s customer-facing organization and commercial strategy, helping to accelerate growth, enhance customer experiences and strengthen partnerships across all channels.

Badia hired Chamberlain for her track record of building strong customer partnerships, developing high-performing teams, driving innovation and delivering strong business results across the consumer packaged goods industry.

Badia is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of commercial leadership in consumer goods. Chamberlain joins Badia from Nature's Path Foods, where she served as its chief customer officer

She's also held similar senior leadership roles across sales and customer relationships for companies such as Nature’s Way, Bumble Bee, Danone and The Hershey Co., overseeing national sales management and organizational restructuring, and expanding market presence across mass retail, alternative, dollar and e-commerce channels, according to LinkedIn.
