Nature’s Path Hires Laura Chamberlain for New CCO Role

Nature’s Path Organic Foods has named Laura Chamberlain its chief customer officer. 

The company created the new executive leadership role to drive customer strategy across all U.S. channels, focusing on growing household penetration, developing retail partnerships and accelerating business expansion.

Chamberlain was hired for her 25-plus years of experience across the consumer goods industry, driving holistic, customer insight-focused strategies, implementing marketing optimizations and supporting teams through servant leadership. 

Arjan Stephens, president of Nature’s Path, said in a statement that Chamberlain’s deep industry experience, customer-first mindset and passion for building high-performing teams will be instrumental.

More About Chamberlain

She joins the company from Nature’s Way, where she served as chief customer officer for the heritage vitamin and supplement business. Prior to that, she was the SVP of sales for Bumble Bee Foods, according to LinkedIn. In that role, she built a strategic channel structure and worked cross-functionally with trade management to define cost-to-serve modeling.

She was also VP of sales for Danone, working with its Target and Ahold Delhaize lines of retail business. During that time, she helped retain new customers while leading turnaround efforts for existing retail relationships suffering from declining business results.

Chamberlain's background also includes leadership roles within sales and marketing for companies such as Hershey’s, Clorox and Johnson & Johnson.
