Hain Celestial’s New Innovation Experience Center Offers Customers and Partners Immersive Exploration

Grand Opening: Hain Celestial's New Innovation Experience Center

The Hain Celestial Group is getting hands-on with exploration through a new Innovation Experience Center. 

Located within its global headquarters in Hoboken, New Jersey, the center will function as a hub for sensory discovery within the company’s product development operations. Within the space, cross-functional teams will test ingredients, perform quality checks, evaluate packaging functionality and sustainability, and more for Hain’s snacks, baby/kids, beverages, meal prep, and personal care brands.

Hain Celestial’s president and CEO Wendy Davidson said the center is part of the company’s efforts to redesign its innovation process to strengthen its brand and product pipeline.

The company sought a data-driven approach that keeps the consumer at the center, splitting the 2,200-square-foot space with working kitchen into two areas: one for hands-on product development by the technical team and another for immersive exploration for Hain customers and partners.

More About the Innovation Experience Center

The facility was designed and constructed in collaboration with Hain’s global R&D, quality, regulatory, and innovation teams. The company will continue to use R&D labs at its manufacturing facilities for deeper product testing and development.

The center’s grand opening featured six demonstrations for innovations across Hain’s Garden Veggie Snacks, Earth's Best, Celestial Seasonings, Natumi, Spectrum, and Avalon Organics brands.
