Hain Celestial Group has sold off its ParmCrisps brand to snack company Our Home as part of efforts to optimize its portfolio, streamline its vendor base, and reduce its manufacturing footprint for improved global operational efficiency.

Hain is progressing on its ongoing focus to accelerate growth around strong-performing brands in the company’s portfolio, cutting back in other areas. It has slimmed its SKUs, with plans to remove 62% of what it said are underperforming products. As a result, the company has already sold off its Thinsters and Queen Helene brands.

Hains is focusing on key brands in the snacks, baby and kids, beverages, meal prep, and personal care categories. It's current portfolio includes such brands as Celestial Seasonings, Terra, Earth's Best, and Garden Veggie Snacks.

Our Home, meanwhile, has been expanding its portfolio, recently acquiring the Pop Secret brand from Campbell Soup Company. The company also picked up the Sonoma Creamery cheese snack brand in May and acquired the RW Garcia and Good Health brands and several manufacturing facilities from Utz Brands earlier in the year
