Kimberly-Clark Hires Francesco Tinto as Chief Information, Global Business Services Officer
Kimberly-Clark has hired Francesco Tinto to lead the company's information technology and global business services (GBS) organizations. He will report to president and COO Russ Torres.
CEO Mike Hsu said that Tinto was hired for his track record of leading digital transformation and building global business services organizations at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Kraft Heinz.
"Francesco brings a rare combination of technology leadership and operational expertise that will strengthen our capabilities as we advance our Powering Care strategy," he said in a statement.
Tinto said that bringing technology and business services together creates the opportunity to execute faster and deliver even stronger results.

Tinto brings more than 30 years of technology leadership. He was previously the chief digital officer for Advantage Solutions, where he oversaw tech simplification and modernization efforts.
Before that, he led the digital transformation strategy for Walgreens Boots Alliance as its global chief information officer.
He also spent more than 17 years at Kraft, evolving from a regional director of information services for the Italy business unit of Kraft Foods to global CIO for Kraft Heinz, according to LinkedIn. There, he oversaw the technology integration following the merger and stood up the global business services organization.
Earlier in his career, Tinto held tech leadership roles at Procter & Gamble. Overall, his background spans data analytics, business intelligence, enterprise technology and business process optimization.
