NielsenIQ has acquired Cornerstone Capabilities, an SaaS-based provider of revenue management optimization solutions for consumer goods companies.
Cornerstone’s platform features artificial intelligence that’s designed to find optimal regular and promotion prices to maximize profit for both manufacturers and retailers. Nielsen expects that when Cornerstone’s technology is combined with its own Connect platform, the tech will extend the company’s price and promotion analytics leadership via an end-to-end revenue management solution that fully integrates clients’ financial, promotional and sales data.
