Kohler Ramps Up Data- and AI-Enabled Digital Transformation

Kitchen and bath company Kohler is continuing its data- and AI-enabled digital transformation, now integrating cloud-based management technology across the enterprise to optimize operations. 

The company expanded its multiyear partnership with Cognizant to advance tech efforts across data and analytics, data center operations, end-user services and cybersecurity.

Kohler expects to improve its operational agility and visibility and increase generative AI-enabled innovation.

Eric Tabor, chief digital officer for Kohler, said the collaboration allows the company to benefit from advanced platforms, digital engineering capabilities and deep domain to "respond more effectively to business needs while enhancing productivity and delivering greater value to our customers."
