Kimberly-Clark Creates Leadership Org for Pending Kenvue Acquisition
Kimberly-Clark has released the consolidated list of executives set to join the company's leadership team once its acquisition of Kenvue finalizes.
The new entity will operate with four business segments: North America; Asia Pacific; Greater China, Australia / New Zealand, South Korea and Indonesia; Europe, Middle East and Africa; and enterprise markets, which will include Latin America, including Brazil and India, Southeast Asia markets, and Japan.
Mike Hsu, Kimberly-Clark CEO, said each market will "own the business end-to-end with the functions bringing our best capabilities to the markets — at speed — to help them win. Together, we will bring our global might to the local fight and drive durable, repeatable growth that will capitalize on the generational opportunity we have ahead.”
Hsu will also be the chairman and CEO of the combined company, and the following leaders will report to him:
- Russ Torres, Group President and Chief Operations Officer
- Nelson Urdaneta, Chief Financial Officer
- Stacey Valy Panayiotou, Chief Human Resources Officer
- Jeff Melucci, Chief Strategy, Business Development and Administrative Officer
- John Carmichael, President, North America
- Katy Chen, President, Asia Pacific Focus Markets
- Carlton Lawson, President, EMEA
Torres will oversee the following roles for the combined organization:

- Tamera Fenske, Chief Supply Chain Officer

Michael Wondrasch, Chief Consumer Growth Technology Officer
He currently serves as the chief technology and data officer for Kenvue, overseeing the IT and data science groups and leading fully integrated technology and data strategies. Wondrasch is a global leader with nearly 30 years of experience at the intersection of technology, digital and data for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Kenvue, he served as CIO at Avantor and held senior technology leadership roles at Bunge, PepsiCo and AmerisourceBergen. Earlier in his career, he worked across manufacturing, data and digital transformation roles at Mars and Ciber and founded a technology start‑up.
Francesco Tinto, Chief Information and Global Business Services Officer
Tinto will continue in his role, overseeing the company's IT and global business services organizations. He manages the company's digital capabilities, operational infrastructure and business services that enable the company's enterprise transformation. Tinto brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience across the consumer goods, retail and business services industries. He previously served as global chief information officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he led the company's digital transformation, and at Kraft Heinz, where he oversaw the technology integration following the merger.
Tamera Fenske, Chief Supply Chain Officer
Fenske will retain her chief supply chain officer title. She is a CPG supply chain leader with extensive experience across manufacturing and supply chain leadership roles. She will continue overseeing the enterprise supply chain’s end-to-end manufacturing and distribution footprint as well as the functional support areas, including procurement, quality, sustainability, occupational health and safety, strategy and capital engineering. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2022, Fenske served as SVP of manufacturing and supply chain for 3M Company, where she led end-to-end supply chain in the U.S. and Canada across all of its business groups and markets.
Carlos De Jesus, Chief Growth Officer
De Jesus currently serves as group president for Kenvue's North America business. He leads a fully integrated, end-to-end team responsible for driving the strategy in North America, accelerating breakthrough capabilities. With more than 25 years of experience in the global consumer products industry, De Jesus has a strong track record of driving growth and leading large‑scale transformations across North America, China, Latin America and Europe. Prior to joining Kenvue, he held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, most recently as SVP, Amazon global team leader and North America digital commerce. Earlier in his career, De Jesus led the creation of Procter & Gamble’s corporate strategy team.
Craig Slavtcheff, Chief Research & Development Officer
Slavtcheff will retain his title for the combined company. He oversees global research, development, innovation and quality functions, and is responsible for accelerating growth through innovation. He brings more than 30 years of R&D experience in the consumer products goods industry. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2024, he served in various roles over 12 years at The Campbell's Co., most recently as EVP, chief R&D and innovation officer.
