CPG History

She brings an extensive background in CPG marketing, joining from Heatonist where she partnered with hot sauce manufacturers to bring new flavors to market. Pratt also spent nearly 15 years with McCormick & Company, rising in rank from marketing director to the company’s first global CMO and helping to build its global marketing function.

At the company, she led marketing capabilities focused on growth and performance, overseeing media, A&P investment management, creative, digital, graphics, insights, innovation, R&D, culinary, commercialization, brand equity, shopper marketing, public relations, consumer affairs, and global branding, according to her LinkedIn. Also, she supported the integration of French’s and Frank’s RedHot sauce, a major acquisition for the company.

Prior to McCormick, Pratt served as Procter & Gamble’s brand manager. She now joins the leadership team at Campbell’s, reporting to Mick Beekhuizen, EVP and president of meals and beverages.

“Our consumer experience team plays a significant role in elevating our brands by engaging existing shoppers and attracting the next generation of consumers. I’m confident Jill’s leadership will take our marketing to the next level,” said Beekhuizen.

Pratt replaces Linda Lee, who left the company after being in the role for five years.
