Levi’s Hires Chris Callieri to Oversee Supply Chain Strategy
Levi Strauss & Co. has hired Chris Callieri to oversee end-to-end supply chain efforts.
Chris Callieri takes on the role of SVP and chief supply chain officer effective Sept. 15, reporting to president and CEO Michelle Gass.
Callieri joins the company’s executive leadership team and will be tasked with leading global supply chain operations, including product development, sourcing, management, sustainability, distribution and logistics.
Over the last couple of years, the company has been transforming its supply chain, focusing particularly on DTC-enabled growth. This has included work within pricing optimization and delivering more innovation.

Gass said in a statement that Callieri was hired for his proven track record of delivering results at scale and will help strengthen the company’s end-to-end supply chain agility while driving innovation and advancing sustainability goals.
More About Callieri
Callieri has an extensive background in consumer goods and retail supply chains, having spent more than 20 years in the industry.
He most recently served as the chief supply chain officer for Victoria’s Secret & Co., where he oversaw global product development, sourcing, production, and distribution and logistics for categories such as intimates, apparel, accessories and beauty.
Prior to that, he spent time at Tory Burch, leading supply chain transformation with investments in merchandise and PLM planning and SAP integration.
Additionally, Callieri held senior roles at Adidas. As its SVP of product operations, for example, he oversaw materials and product development and sourcing and logistics.
