Dan Shull

In the new role, Shull will be tasked with helping Hasbro to become a platform-first digital and information technology partner to entertainment and licensing counterparts.

He joins Hasbro after six years at REI, most recently as its chief technology officer, moving up from VP of customer technology and VP of product and capability delivery roles. He brings 25 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies, having spent time as Nike’s VP of technology strategy, architecture and portfolio.

"Dan’s retail background, sophisticated understanding of the digital landscape, and strong people leadership experience make him a welcome addition to the Hasbro team. I'm confident he’ll elevate Hasbro’s digital offerings to drive productivity and better serve our employees, partners, and fans,” said Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks.

Stephanie Beal

In Beal’s new role, she will refine supply chain processes and introduce more responsive and agile operations. She has been with the company and a member of the supply chain team since 2022. During her tenure, she’s helped lead system transformations to digitize planning processes across the enterprise.

Beal brings supply chain experience working with CPGs like Kimberly-Clark, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Unilever. She takes over for Shane Azzi, who is leaving the company to pursue a new opportunity.

Dan Rawson

Rawson oversees the Dungeons & Dragons franchise as the company’s global play leader. His expanded role will now also lead the company’s Hasbro Pulse and other direct-to-consumer platforms. In his career, he’s helped develop e-commerce and SaaS businesses at companies like Amazon and Microsoft.

“We are happy to celebrate Stephanie Beal’s and Dan Rawson’s new roles. They each bring strong capabilities, insights, and digital-first mindsets that will propel Hasbro forward as we continue to meet fans where they are and deliver magical play experiences across platforms,” said Cocks.

In a LinkedIn post, Cocks said, “Exciting stuff ahead as we build on our digital capabilities and propel Hasbro into our next phase of growth.”
