Haleon Names Justyna Ciepka as Global Head of Enterprise Transformation
Haleon has named Justyna Ciepka its global head of enterprise transformation, a new role that has emerged as the company evolves its operating model.
Ciepka was promoted after previously serving as the leader of Haleon's Central and Eastern European Business Unit.
In a LinkedIn post, she said she will drive Haleon's growth and agility, noting that while technology provides the backbone, it's people who drive transformation.
"Scaling that philosophy globally, which is much more than reshaping systems or processes, and uniting teams around a strong enterprise mindset, is a challenge I am energized by and humbled to lead," she said.
With over 20 years of leadership at consumer goods companies such as Lego and Mars, Ciepka has a proven track record of driving regional business units and global brand strategies, specializing in full P&L management, cross-functional organizational restructuring, and scaling international portfolios through high-impact marketing and innovation.
An Operational Pivot
The chief transformation officer is responsible for coordinating and driving transformation across Haleon’s business processes, operating model and technology changes. Meanwhile, the chief growth officer is tasked with overseeing Haleon’s existing category, marketing and strategy functions, as well as a new global commercial excellence team.
"Together with R&D, they will lead our growth and innovation agenda, making strategic choices, priorities and trade-offs through the lens of our categories," said CEO Brian McNamara of the new team.

McNamara shared more details about the operating model during the company's February earnings call, stating it will simplify how Haleon works, enabling faster speed of execution in markets.
As part of this, Haleon split the model across six regions, led by presidents who sit on the executive leadership team. Nathalie Gerschtein leads the North America business.
"We are building AI-powered tools to improve return on spend across our brands and channels. Second, we have appointed new leaders in North America for our Oral Health, VMS and OTC categories," said McNamara. "In partnership with our global teams, they will drive end-to-end category leadership from improving innovation, market competitiveness and execution."
