Two Coca-Cola bottlers have made new leadership assignments. Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Sales and Services Company has named a new chief procurement officer, while Coke Florida has named a new VP of field franchise operations.
The Coca‑Cola Company and its bottling partners collectively form what’s known as the Coca‑Cola system. The bottling company, which serves 600 million consumers and has 1.75 million customers across 29 countries, handles manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and sales of branded beverages to consumers through various channels across the globe.
CCBSS has tapped Kimberly Green Reynolds as its new chief procurement officer, reporting to Coca-Cola Bottlers’ sales and services company CEO and president, Brandi Shortt. Reynolds will also report to the bottler procurement advisory committee and the CCBSS board of directors.
In this new role, Reynolds will oversee a $70 billion procurement spend, collaborating with leaders and suppliers across Coca-Cola to enhance value, mitigate risks across supply chain, and maintain a competitive edge.
Reynolds had been part of the CCBSS procurement team since 2016 and held several management positions during her tenure, most recently working as the senior director of ingredients and commodity risk management.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Reynolds had a 15-year career in procurement and business transformation, including stints in leadership positions at Archer Daniels Midland Company and Diageo.
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida Bolsters Field Franchise Leadership
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has named Scott McLaughlin vice president, field franchise operations. Founded in 2015, Coke Florida serves 21 million consumers across 47 Florida counties, including Tampa, where they are headquartered.
McLaughlin has nearly 30 years of experience with Coca-Cola, having worked across various leadership roles with Coca-Cola Enterprises and Coca-Cola Refreshments before joining Coke Florida in 2015 as director of capability. Since then, McLaughlin has moved up the ranks, serving as territory director of Coke Florida’s South Region before taking up his latest role as
McLaughlin expressed excitement about taking up the new role, sharing that “field teams interact with and support our customers daily and are key to our growth and success as they work to strengthen customer relationships.
