PVH, the parent company of brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, will integrate AI across its value chain to support its data- and demand-driven operating models.

The company will work with OpenAI to embed custom AI capabilities within product and design, demand planning, inventory optimization, and consumer engagement to elevate personalization and consumer engagement and accelerate processes.

Additionally, enterprise APIs will overhaul workflows for product, marketing, supply chain and retail teams. This includes a ChatGPT application created exclusively for PVH.

Also: PVH recently hired a chief supply chain officer and global head of operations to oversee PVH's multi-year strategy to unlock value through demand- and data-driven tools.

The collaboration will help accelerate the company's data-enabled operating model, allowing for faster decision-making, according to CEO Stefan Larsson.

“With a test-and-learn approach, we’ll build practical use cases with scalable impact to drive value for associates, partners and consumers, while helping us build a culture of innovation and agility from the ground up," he said in a statement.

The percentage of organizations using AI in at least one business function has increased (88% in 2025 compared to 78% in 2024), according to McKinsey & Co. At the enterprise level, the majority are still in the experimenting or piloting stages, with approximately one-third reporting that their companies have begun to scale their AI programs.
