In an effort to deliver a more unified customer experience across channels, Lilly Pulitzer tapped Capgemini's Lyons Consulting Group to help the resort wear brand enhance its online presence.
Lyons provided digital marketing, design, consulting and support services, including implementation of the Salesforce commerce and marketing clouds, for the new www.lillypulitzer.com website.

Lyons developed a stable and efficient solution on Salesforce Commerce Cloud that includes integration with several third-party vendors, multi-ship capabilities, buy online/pickup in store, and store locator functionality.
The resort wear brand also leveraged Lyons to implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which helps the company know more about its consumers through data management, personalize their experiences with relevant email communication and engage them throughout the entire purchase journey. Lyon's digital marketing strategists helped Lilly Pulitzer build customized consumer journeys within the platform. Marketing campaigns were created that segment different types of buyers and report on subscribers.
