E.l.f. Shuffles Leadership: Hires CMO, Promotes Ekta Chopra, Kory Marchisotto

E.l.f. Beauty has reshaped its leadership team, promoting Ekta Chopra to chief technology and AI officer. The company has also hired Oshiya Savur to lead the marketing function as Kory Marchisotto was promoted to the newly created role of president of e.l.f. brands.

In the new position, Chopra will lead enterprise-wide technology, data and AI strategy for the company, transitioning the organization from a software-defined to an AI-first enterprise, according to LinkedIn

She will be tasked with designing and operationalizing agentic and AI-enabled capabilities across commerce, marketing, operations and finance, embedding intelligence into core workflows and decision systems. Additionally, Chopra will advise the CEO and board on AI strategy, governance and risk to ensure that tech investments accelerate growth and also bolster long-term enterprise value.

Marchisotto will continue to serve on E.l.f. Beauty’s executive team, focused on expanding the E.l.f. Cosmetics, E.l.f. Skin, Well People and Alicia Keys’ Keys Soulcare brands across categories and regions, according to Business of Fashion
