Dan Sullivan Promoted to Edgewell COO as Part of International Business Consolidation
Business Shifts
These moves are part of Edgewell's larger focus on strengthening its operating model — a strategy that has five key areas:
Strengthening the U.S. business, particularly right-to-play categories to better compete for the long-term
Fortifying and accelerating its consumer-centric innovation platform
Strengthening its international businesses through consolidation
Driving meaningful year-on-year gross margin accretion to become a world-class supply chain organization
Strengthening critical underlying commercial capabilities across the enterprise to drive organic top-line growth
The consolidation of the business structure will allow Edgewell to focus on commercial innovation and operational execution that drives sustainable growth. As a result, Sullivan will oversee business in Europe, Latin America, Japan, and China.
Eric O'Toole will be stepping aside as president of North America of Edgewell Personal Care during a transition period, with Rod Little taking on the responsibilities while the company performs an executive search to fill the position, which will report to Little.
Edgewell is a global consumer products company that operates in more than 50 markets with such brands as Schick, Playtex, Stayfree, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, and more.
