Coffee Brand Happy Gets AI-Enabled ERP Overhaul
Coffee brand Happy is overhauling its enterprise resource planning to improve visibility, accelerate financial processes, and streamline operations across new product lines and expansion efforts.
The traditional and ready-to-drink coffee line was co-founded in 2024 by Academy Award-winning actor Robert Downey Jr. and entrepreneur Craig Dubitsky, and its products are sold by many retailers, including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, CVS and Amazon.
These integrations, enabled by NetSuite's AI cloud platform, are automating workflows across the supply chain, finance, inventory management and e-commerce.
For example, financial management capabilities have streamlined reporting and financial close procedures, and supply chain management capabilities simplify retail, manufacturing and distribution processes as new products are developed and new distribution channels are established nationwide.
“Elevating the everyday requires a system that can keep up,” Happy co-founder and CEO Craig Dubitsky said in a statement, adding that the implementation helps keep things simple in a complex distribution and logistics landscape by automating financial processes, boosting team productivity and supporting operations across all distribution points.
The integration also includes a third-party language model provider to govern AI capabilities through permissions and role-based access, and to automate tasks and execute actions that drive business outcomes.
