Coca-Cola Florida Bottler Expands VP Leadership in Operations, Supply Chain

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has elevated three employees to VP roles as part of efforts to advance its go-to-market capabilities. 

Gregory Park has been named VP of operational execution; James Boyce is now VP of distribution; and Nathan Logan has been promoted to VP of manufacturing operations.

As The Coca-Cola Co.'s sixth-largest bottler in the United States, the company makes, sells and distributes Coke products in an exclusive territory that covers over 21 million consumers across 47 counties in Florida. It employs over 5,000 associates and operates four Green Circle-certified manufacturing facilities and eighteen distribution centers. 

Cass Black, SVP and chief customer officer, said in a statement that the three employees bring the right combination of expertise and vision that will be instrumental in sharpening the company's execution.

"As we enter our next decade, it is essential that we continue to evolve our operations to stay closely aligned with the needs of our customers and consumers," Leroy Yancey, SVP of the company's product supply network, in a statement. "These leaders will be instrumental in ensuring we remain agile, efficient and capable of fueling sustainable growth across our Florida footprint."

Gregory Park

Park is a seasoned CPG professional with a lengthy career, primarily at various Coca-Cola entities, including The Coca-Cola Co., Coca-Cola Beverages Florida and Coca-Cola Customer Business Solutions. He's progressed through roles such as VP of the national go-to-market team at Coca-Cola. He has a strong background in B2B operations, strategy and transformation.

James Boyce

Boyce is an operations executive with over 17 years of experience in the Coca-Cola system, having served in key roles such as plant manager and territory general manager before moving into executive leadership at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. His extensive background also includes an eight-year tenure as a business unit manager at Kraft Foods, demonstrating deep experience in the CPG manufacturing and distribution.

Logan - Coca Cola

Nathan Logan

Logan is a manufacturing and operations leader with 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including over a decade at Nestlé Waters North America, where he specialized in total performance management. He joined Coca-Cola Beverages Florida in 2020 as a principal engineer, quickly advancing to director of continuous improvement before taking his current VP role in manufacturing.
