Coca-Cola Florida Bottler Hires Guillermo Mora to Drive Supply Chain Transformation

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has hired Guillermo Mora as its senior director of supply chain and logistics technology. He will oversee a supply chain and logistics footprint that spans four manufacturing facilities and 18 distribution centers. 

Mora said he will work on opportunities to enhance efficiency, resiliency and service across the company’s network by driving digital transformation that supports its teams, strengthens partnerships and delivers excellence to customers across Florida. 

Also: The chief digital officer for CONA Services, the IT support organization for the 11 largest Coca-Cola bottlers across North America, recently spoke about the company’s digital transformation efforts.

Gerald Charles Jr., Coke Florida’s SVP, CIO, said Mora was hired for his experience on both operations and technology, which will help the company build scalable tech roadmaps in close collaboration with key ecosystem partners to achieve the enterprise capability it needs to achieve profitable growth.

Mora brings an extensive career across retail and consumer packaged goods with expertise in operations and technology within the supply chain function.

Mora spent nearly a decade at Under Armour, where he held several leadership roles, including director of IT, business partner. In that role, he was responsible for retail and wholesale digital roadmap initiatives, integrating retail and e-commerce to create a unified consumer view, according to LinkedIn

He most recently served as director of delivery at o9 Solutions, overseeing the implementation of retail allocation and merchandise financial planning systems for multi-billion-dollar clients.
