StayinFront has expanded its partnership with Vitaco to benefit the health company’s New Zealand grocery team.

Vitaco Australia and New Zealand both currently deploy the StayinFront TouchCG Advanced CRM solution for optimal retail execution with its user-friendly dashboards and award-winning field-force solutions.

This most recent partnership with the Vitaco New Zealand Grocery Team also includes TouchCG Advanced for its field team, in addition to EdgeCG for its back office.

The field team will use modules to view and send documents; easily access store information and history; create reports on store and product data; plan their calls and visits; and capture live photos.

The back office will make use of EdgeCG’s ability to provide the field team with access to customer-related documents; load and streamline responsibilities for the field; plus manage and view photos from the field with capabilities to report on data from StayinFront and external systems.

“We needed a CRM solution for our grocery team to support our need to eliminate manual and paper processes,” said Janine Khull, national sales manager grocery, Vitaco New Zealand. “StayinFront provides our field and back office with the necessary tools to enable us to become more efficient and more importantly better meet the needs of our retail partners.”

Named a 2019 Top 10 Solution for Retail Execution and CRM in Path to Purchase IQ magazine’s Readers Choice Survey, StayinFront’s cloud-based software, integrated EPoS data insights and intelligent digital merchandising technology offerings, amongst other features, bring a fully cohesive solution to consumer goods manufacturers.

“We are pleased to be growing our relationship with Vitaco with support for its New Zealand Grocery Team,” said Archel Aguilar, managing director, StayinFront Group Australia Pty Ltd. “Our best-in-class solution is sure to make their transition from paper to electronic as smooth as possible for optimal field force effectiveness.”
