More About Harris
Harris has more than 30 years of experience in consumer electronics.
He joined the company from Ring and Blink, where he most recently served as chief product officer and helped scale Amazon’s Smart Home portfolio.
He began his tenure in 2017, leading the development of the Ring Alarm product line before taking on the overall management of Blink following the acquisition by Amazon. At that time, he was named chief operating officer for the combined organization.
Before this, he founded and led multiple companies, including Zonoff and AnySource Media, and helped guide high-growth organizations through acquisitions and IPOs.
SharkNinja’s Leadership Shuffle
SharkNinja has made several leadership changes in recent months as part of efforts to modernize the company and drive consumer-centric expansion.
For example, Kleona Mack was named chief marketing officer for the company’s beauty arm, joining from Glossier, where she served as CMO. Additionally, the company tapped Michelle Crossan-Matos as its chief growth officer, a newly created executive role that focuses on consumer-first efforts within call centers and the consumer experience organization.
The company aims to launch 25 new products this year across both new and existing categories. The new hires will likely play a significant role to help support these DTC-focused innovations, which Barrocas previously stated enables SharkNinja to control distribution early on while receiving immediate consumer feedback.
