Procter & Gamble Introduces Febreze Decor
"The Decor bottle was created for Febreze lovers who like Fabric Refresher, but do not want the appearance of their home to be compromised when the product is left out after use," explains Eric Huston, brand manager of Febreze. Huston says that Procter & Gamble researchers observed that the traditional Fabric Refresher bottle was being stored in cupboards under sinks, and in other out-of-the-way places.
"The neutral packaging and compact size of Febreze Decor bottles make them a perfect accent for different rooms in the home, on counter tops, bookshelves, coffee tables and nightstands," he explains.
With research pointing to consumers trending towards a more "natural" home design, the brand took an organic approach when creating the Febreze Decor bottles. The botanical images and simple aesthetic are made to evoke a sense of nature and freshness. The decor bottles come in a package of three scents: Meadows & Rain; Spring & Renewal and Lavender Vanilla & Comfort.
