L'Oreal Launches Multiple E-Commerce Brand Sites
L’Oral USA, the New York-based subsidiary of L’Oral S.A., a worldwide company in the cosmetics industry, signs a five-year master agreement with PFSweb, Inc., to develop and manage multiple end-to-end e-commerce solutions for some of L’Oral’s most prestigious brands.

Under the master agreement, PFSweb has launched customized e-commerce sites for four L’Oral brands, including Kiehl’s Since 1851, Lancme, Yves St. Laurent Beaut and Giorgio Armani Beauty, all in calendar year 2010. Two additional brand sites are expected to launch in calendar year 2012. The solutions include customer care, order fulfillment, financial transaction management and interactive marketing services.
