Diana Frost has been promoted to chief growth officer of Kraft Heinz as part of a series of changes to the executive leadership team to usher in their new CEO.
Frost, who has been serving as chief growth officer of North America since September 2022, will be tasked with accelerating global growth, marketing, and product innovation. She joined the company in 2020, joining after spending more than 12 years at Mars.
Cory Onell has also been promoted to chief omnichannel sales and Asia emerging markets officer, where he’ll lead global omnichannel sales and go-to-market capabilities and tools. As part of this, Asia emerging markets will be a standalone region.
Onell joined Kraft Heinz in 2020 as president of U.S. sales, previously serving in leadership roles at consumer goods companies like Mondelez and Campbell Soup Company.
Among the other changes to the executive leadership team include:
- Willem Brandt will be elevated to president, Europe and Pacific developed markets.
- Bruno Keller will be elevated to president, West and East emerging markets.
- Pedro Navio will be elevated to president, North America.
The new roles will take effect in the beginning of fiscal 2024, when Carlos Abrams-Rivera takes the helm as Kraft Heinz CEO.
In a statement, Abrams-Rivera said the plan maps Kraft Heinz’s “jobs to be done” in each must-win market to define focus areas to accelerate growth. “Our updated structure is designed to help us activate that strategy – with a focus on profitable growth and a dynamic omnichannel plan.”
