Juanita’s Foods Taps Simon Stopol as SVP of Transformation
Juanita’s Foods, a manufacturer of Mexican-style consumer foods, has hired Simon Stopol as its senior vice president of transformation.
The company was founded over 75 years ago and is headquartered in Wilmington, California. Its products are sold nationwide at major retailers such as Walmart, Target and Amazon.
In the newly created role, Stopol will lead the company's strategic initiatives to streamline operations, drive innovation and accelerate growth. This will include enterprise-wide digital modernization and process improvements, along with cross-functional collaboration and culture-focused changes.

Stopol has over two decades of experience in transformation leadership, business optimization and operational excellence within the consumer goods industry, including roles at Conagra, per his LinkedIn profile. He has a background in executing large-scale change initiatives and enhancing organizational agility, according to the company.
He will report directly to CEO Robert Rosales, who said in a statement that Stopol was hired for his deep experience in transformation strategy and change management, which will be instrumental in evolving and scaling Juanita’s operations.
Stopol said that he will look to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer experience while strengthening the company’s competitive edge.
