Analytics Unite: The Summit for Retail and Consumer Brands is back, happening (in-person!) this June 21-23 at the Drake Hotel in Chicago. It is RIS and CGT’s premier networking and education event featuring first-hand intelligence and inspiration from thought-leaders and  industry peers.

This year, we focus on the theme of Accelerating Growth, Talent, and Innovation.

Kumar is an accomplished executive with 20+ years of successful business and organizational results for Fortune-100 companies across manufacturing, supply chain, DTC, go-to-market, retail and global operations. He is a strategic thinker with a focus in enabling "responsiveness" in business models to drive top and bottom line growth leveraging digital and automation, customer-consumer centric, and optimization capabilities. Kumar was recognized as an active change agent and high-performance team builder, and has hands-on experience leading services and operations organizations.

Deb Hannah, SVP of Marketing, Shoe Carnival

Hannah leads the e-commerce business at Shoe Carnival, in addition to CRM, analytics, corporate communications, integrated marketing, store design and creative across the Shoe Carnival and Shoe Station banners. Prior to Shoe Carnival, Hannah spent over 20 years in various marketing, merchandising, and management roles in consumer packaged goods and retail for companies such as The Kellogg Company, Starbucks, and Kimberly-Clark. She has an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Analytics Unite's main stage content kicks off with a bang with an opening keynote on accelerating growth, talent, and innovation. Nicole Nelson, most recently Best Buy’s SVP of data & analytics, will explore the main theme of the event and highlight how the organization has accelerated operations to meet changing market demands and where it is placing big future bets. She will address the need to put the proverbial pedal to the metal in regards to analytic talent attraction and nurturing, technology and product innovation, as well as how to turn this lightning fast growth into a data-driven competitive advantage. Happening 9 a.m. on June 22.
