Todd Hassenfelt

Hassenfelt is the global digital commerce senior director of strategy and execution at Colgate-Palmolive within the global digital organization led by chief digital officer Brigitte King. He has experience at three large corporations, two startups and one mid-sized company, growing challenger and leadership brands through brick and mortar and digital roles.

Elaina Wheeldon

Wheeldon leads the technology that underpins Lowe’s pricing and promotional strategy, competitive insights, and core merchandising operations, as well as its new marketplace to bring together product, engineering and analytics to drive better decisions and outcomes. She has more than 20 years of retail experience, beginning her career at Sears in analytics before spending over a decade in merchandising and inventory roles, building a practical understanding of how decisions in systems translate to results for customers and stores.

Sam Wong

Wong is a seasoned data executive with almost twenty years of experience serving in various roles across different industries, including most recently serving as head of business solutions at IBM for its data and AI portfolio. Wong is also a noted speaker, lecturer and panelist at many global data and technology events. Currently, he leads the data and analytics modernization at Mark Anthony Group, where he recently launched an AI incubation program.

Jon Harding

From 2004 to the end of 2024, Harding had worldwide responsibility for Conair's IT and digital services in support of both day-to-day business operations and future business growth. Before joining Conair, he was divisional CIO for the U.S. snacks division of Kellogg Co. (formerly the Keebler Co.) that Kellogg’s acquired in 2001.
