Asheesh Saksena, Chief Growth Officer, General Mills
General Mills has named Asheesh Saksena its new chief strategy and growth officer, replacing Dana McNabb.
Beginning August 26, Saksena will join the senior leadership team and oversee global accelerated and sustainable growth efforts and the company’s strategic planning process.

Saksena joins the company from Gap, Inc., where he served as chief growth officer, managing the company’s operations, technology, growth, and portfolio and diversification strategies. Prior to that, he worked for Best Buy as its chief strategic growth officer and president of Best Buy Health. At Cox Communications and Time Warner Cable, he served as chief strategy officer and deputy chief strategy officer, respectively.

McNabb was in the chief growth officer role for over two-and-a-half years before being promoted to group president, North America Retail.
