Bryan Santee, president and chief customer officer (CCO), PepsiCo North America, will share his perspective on enabling sales teams with better intelligence, simplifying decision-making and creating more valuable customer conversations.

In his current role, Santee leads the end-to-end commercial and customer agenda across PepsiCo’s U.S. food and beverage businesses. He oversees enterprise customer management, commercial planning and marketing, RGM, and go-to-market strategy across all channels, with a focus on omnichannel transformation and customer-centric growth.

Previously, Santee served as CCO for Pepsi Beverages U.S. and as SVP of digital commerce for PepsiCo North America, where he helped build integrated omnichannel capabilities. A 20-year PepsiCo veteran, Santee has held leadership roles across sales, customer development and channel strategy. He also serves on the board of directors of Tropicana Brands Group.
