Nike is making several leadership changes as part of its Win Now growth action plan. All roles within the senior leadership team will report directly to Nike CEO and president Elliott Hill.

The moves are part of a leadership reset after Hill came out of retirement in October to lead the company. As part of this, the company is splitting leadership into three core areas: Consumer and Sport, Marketing and Product Creation (which includes innovation and design).

The company said McCartney has been a significant contributor to Nike’s growth, having worked across product development, design and merchandising across all sports.

EVP, CMO
