Johnson & Johnson Names Chief Customer Officer

Chester Twigg has been appointed Chief Customer Officer for the Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies. In this role, Chester will be a member of the Consumer Group Operating Committee and will report into Jorge Mesquita, Worldwide Chairman of Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies.
 
Chester will play an important role in the execution of the company's global consumer strategy, developing a new way of selling to maximize growth and value creation within the sales organization. Chief among his responsibilities will be establishing more effective management of the company's global customers across regions; identifying best-in-class channel strategies and route-to-market capabilities; turbocharging the company's e-commerce and alternative channel growth; and creating an emerging market community of excellence to strengthen our go-to-market competitiveness.

Chester joins Johnson & Johnson Consumer from Procter & Gamble, where he most recently led sales for a $20 billion global category including baby, feminine and family care products, alongside running the global AS Watson customer account.

Throughout his more than 20 years with P&G, Chester gained strong experience in driving accelerated business growth and building strong customer relationships in China, Eastern Europe, India, Western Europe and the U.S. Chester’s experience in growing scaled brands and his knowledge of international customers will be a tremendous asset for Johnson & Johnson Consumer.

Chester holds an MBA and a B.COM. (Commerce and Economics) from the University of Mumbai, India. He and his family will relocate to New Brunswick from Singapore.
