Gluten-free frozen food company Caulipower has a new CEO. The company has named Tyler Ricks to the role, where he will lead the company’s next phase of growth, building off nine product launches in the last year.

He takes over as Marc Seguin steps down after two years in the role.

Although Ricks has been a member of the company’s board of directors since 2022, he joins the leadership team at Caulipower from the beverage brand Super Coffee. He also brings an extensive background as a leading executive and investor, assisting major consumer goods companies like PepsiCo, Campbell’s, Kellogg's, and Unilever.

“Tyler’s exemplary leadership skills and experience are the perfect fit for Caulipower and our next phase of growth driven by innovation. With his thirty years of experience across food and beverage, and half of that time focused on premium better-for-you brands, the company could not be in more reliable hands,” said founder Gail Becker.

Across his career, he’s held four CEO positions, sat on the board of 15 companies, and invested in over 40 businesses.

“Gail is a unique breed of founder who built an award-winning $120M+ brand from nothing in very little time by disrupting a category where consumers were desperate for new choices. I am looking forward to partnering with her and continuing to benefit from her insights across brand, innovation, and sales,” said Ricks.

The nationwide company jumped into the gluten-free category with its first innovation, cauliflower crust pizza, in 2017. It now has products in 25,000 stores across the country, including frozen meals, chicken tenders and nuggets, pizza bites, and more.
