Centric Brands is automating its supply chain operations with AI-powered sourcing and compliance capabilities.
The company is a global lifestyle brand collective that owns and licenses the Zac Posen, Hudson, Robert Graham, Avirex, Fiorelli, and Taste Beauty brands, and also designs, sources, markets, and sells products for brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Spyder, and Under Armour. It is working with technology company Inspectorio on quality risk management, lab testing, and responsible sourcing.
Centric will be tapping into AI-driven insights to automate manual processes across the supply chain and with supplier partners. Lab testing will be consolidated through a single platform that centralizes and standardizes testing data from third-party labs and factories.

Additionally, the company will be simplifying compliance and sustainability requirements by increasing access to supplier performance metrics and data. This will allow Centric to manage risks in real-time and elevate decision-making and production operations.
Centric was looking for technology that would allow it to collect, centralize, and analyze data from hundreds of vendors to help improve individual performance. This partnership also allows Centric to integrate existing tools and processes into the platform, said Marienne Hill-Treadway, SVP, sourcing operations at Centric Brands.
“Data is the lifeblood of our operations, and Centric Brands has undergone a significant data-driven digital transformation,” said Marc Compagnon, president, Centric Brands Asia.
