Blue Diamond Growers’ Sarb Dhanjal Talking Insights-Driving Innovation at 2023 Consumer Goods Sales & Marketing Summit

Sarb Dhanjal, senior director, consumer insights, business analytics, and consumer advocacy at Blue Diamond Growers, will take to the stage at the 2023 Consumer Goods Sales & Marketing Summit to share how the company is developing a common language as part of its innovation transformation. 

Dhanjal joins a cohort of consumer goods experts in Austin, TX to discuss the theme “Success Redefined: Leveraging the New Metrics of Innovation.” 

Dhanjal will deliver a custom presentation during “How an Insights Function Can Be a Driving Force for Innovation,” exploring how Blue Diamond Growers evolved a small marketing pilot using decision intelligence and demand generation approaches to propel the adoption of a new vocabulary and value proposition across the enterprise.

Dhanjal brings over 20 years of global consumer insight, analytics, marketing and Innovation experience. At Blue Diamond Growers, she specializes in building and transforming functions and capabilities with leading edge approaches in behavioral science and visual storytelling. 

Prior to her time at Blue Diamond Growers, Sarb has led globally recognized brands across international, emerging markets, and North America. She has also built functions from scratch, developed insight and analytic teams, and cultivated new cultures in organizations with human insights at its foundation.
