As an example, he points to building an AI- and ML-powered system for Saatchi & Saatchi that helped increase return on ad spend for clients by an average of 40%. Additionally, he automated order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and records-to-reports systems at Viacom. At Amazon, Dasgupta helped develop the picture-taking processes for deliveries to improve customer experiences and save upwards of $100 million in costs for the company.
