Mars Names Ikdeep Singh Global President of Pet Nutrition
Mars, Incorporated is expanding its global leadership team for its petcare business. Ikdeep Singh has been named global president of pet nutrition, and will be overseeing several major brands such as Pedigree, Whiskas, Shebam, and Cesar.
In the new role, Singh will be responsible for growing the pet portfolio across 50 global markets, which accounts for about 400 million pets served. He will also manage a team of over 18,000 employees globally.

Singh previously worked as pet nutrition’s regional president for North America. During his time in the role, he focused on digital transformation, a diverse work culture, and data, and helped the company achieve its largest growth momentum.
Previously Singh spent six years at the L'Oréal Group as president across the company’s consumer products and luxury divisions in North America. He also previously spent 14 years at Procter and Gamble.
