Global cosmetics company L’Occitane Group has selected the Salesforce Commerce Cloud to help it accelerate global growth by delivering more personalized shopping experiences.

L’Occitane is replacing its homegrown e-commerce system with Salesforce's multi-site, multi-language, multi-currency e-commerce capabilities.

The goal is to enable the company to more quickly innovate and expand its digital presence around the world. In addition, the new platform will enable L'Occitane to deliver a unified commerce experience on any channel and any device.
