LeapFrog Names VP of Platform Marketing

Scott A. Steinberg has joined LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc. as Vice President of Platform Marketing responsible for the development and marketing strategies for LeapFrog educational hardware platforms. In his role, Steinberg will lead LeapFrog's efforts to grow the company's existing platforms, including the recently unveiled LeapTV educational, active video gaming system, the market share leading and award-winning line of LeapPad tablets and the No. 1 selling LeapReader learn to read and write platform, while developing future engaging and educational experiences for children that broaden the LeapFrog brand experience with children and parents.

Prior to joining LeapFrog, Steinberg was vice president of Product Marketing at Sony PlayStation, where he was responsible for annual marketing strategy development, new product introductions and go to market planning. Steinberg has also held executive positions at Sega of America, Napster, Roxio, King Brown Partners, Imagicast, Inc., Liquid Audio, Inc. and Eidos Interactive, Inc.
