As a member of the global IT leadership team, Franks is focused on advancing data literacy and embedding a data-led culture at Kellanova. She has been with Kellanova, formerly the Kellogg Company, for over 17 years as she enters her fourth year as chief data and analytics officer.


Eric-Francis Chen - Unilever

Chief Digital Information Officer North America Personal Care & SVP North America Digital and Technology (D&T)

A consumer goods executive with more than 25 years of experience in shared services, with most of this time spent in AI, data, and analytics. Chen led teams across the globe, and worked and lived in Southeast Asia for over 12 years. He is currently accountable for shared services and digital transformation for Unilever North America. 


Priya McCarthy - Ferrara

CIO

McCarthy brings more than 20 years of experience in various technology roles at Whirlpool North America, Kellogg’s, Aera Technology, and Campbell Soup Company. She started her career in consulting, working on technology implementation programs as a business analyst and a change leader. She has hands-on experience in digital transformation with demonstrated successes in commercial and supply chain functions, including retail, e-commerce, research and development, marketing, and enterprise analytics.

Andy Walter - Retired, P&G

Walter is a business results-driven professional with extensive experience in strategy, development, execution, and operations across shared services, analytics, and IT. He led the commercial services and delivery organization (over 1,500 IT and multifunctional professionals) for Procter & Gamble’s global business services (GBS). He was responsible for IT and shared services for all global business units and markets around the world.
