Schwab will be tackling the topic of future media at CGSM, identifying the new media formats, strategies, and technologies CGs are using, or should be using, to engage and inform consumers. 

He brings expertise in P&L management, brand strategy, media planning, sales engagement, insight and innovation development, brand renovation, challenger brand leadership, and digital ecosystem development. 

Additionally, Schwab brings a well-rounded global context, having been involved on both sides of M&A activity and Fortune Global 150 experience.

Hall will be zoning in on pricing, sharing thoughts and best practices on pricing products in the sweet spot. Too low and you leave valuable margin on the table, and too high and you drive consumers to the competition. 

Prior to Hall’s role as president of U.S. foodservice, he was head of retail and food service for Kraft Heinz Canada, helping the business bolster its retail consumption growth year-to-date in 2019 to +4.3%. Prior to Canada, he was with Kraft Heinz in the United Kingdom, where he led the turnaround of the U.K. business, returning it to sustained growth.
