As a strategy and transformation leader at Hershey, Taylor is responsible for driving the company’s digital transformation strategy and developing the people, processes, tools, and systems necessary to deliver business value through advanced technology capabilities. In addition to his strategy role, he is responsible for establishing an internal software engineering function at Hershey to build advantaged capabilities that help drive the company’s competitive advantage. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of product leadership, engineering, and science, Taylor brings deep expertise in building intuitive products that solve complex problems.

Prior to joining Hershey, Taylor spent two years at logistics startup Convoy as senior director of marketplace, where he overhauled the company’s core marketplace to use AI and automate 98% of auction decisions. Before that, he spent nearly seven years at Amazon where he led inventory optimization in Amazon’s global fulfillment network, delivering over $700 million in annual cost savings.
